My apartment was amazing, it was well appointed and had all the facilities I needed for a 2 night stay. The room was a nice size as was my comfy large double bed. The shower was very good and the large flat screen TV was a welcome addition to my 2 night stay. I arrived a little late so the keys were left in an automated retrieval system and was very easy to use. The manager was a lovey person to deal with and was able to assist with my needs. I would recommend this location and apartments to anyone staying in the Knox, Wantirna region. The apartments are a short walk to the Ozone Shopping Restaurant precinct and Cinema.

Upon arrival, apartment was clean, more spacious, and had more amenities than expected for the cost. Housekeeping available if needed. Conveniently located near shopping center that had plenty of restaurants, shopping, movie theatre. Within the shopping center were grocery stores and a farmers market. Fee free Currency exchange kiosks were available. Access to cabs and buses and 7-11 Store in less than 10 minute walk.

Was very happy that we received service despite only staying 2 nights that replaced the towels and ensured we had bathroom supplies and the bathroom was cleaned. This is lacking in many places now. Manager was lovely.

Great location in a huge complex, was a little confusing at check-in as no-one at reception but was quickly resolved with a phone call. No really clear instructions re parking, needed staff assistance, again resolved. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Would stay again and would recommend for sure.
